To pay your online purchases with the PostFinance Card of PostFinance without any concerns, we offer a secure data transmission and an uncomplicated payment process.

We can see neither your ID elements or the payment data. In the checkout process, you will be automatically redirected to the encrypted payment interface of PostFinance. In order to proceed with the payment, you need only the card number (which is located on the front of your PostFinance Card below the magnetic chip) and the ID number (which is located on the back of the card) and wait for the confirmation. This payment method allows us to treat your order immediately (much faster than in usual processes with prepayment).

PostFinance E-Finance

As a postal account holder you can be assured that your payment via PostFinance E-Finance is handled in a reliably and safe way.

We can see neither your ID elements or the payment data. In the checkout process, you will be automatically redirected to the encrypted payment interface of PostFinance. In the payment interface, type in the E-Finance security elements and wait for the confirmation. This works like a login in E-Finance using your PIN and the card reader. This payment method allows us to treat your order immediately (much faster than in usual processes with prepayment).

SOFORT Banking is one of the most secure online payment systems available. You can use your own online banking login details you use with your current bank account (PostFinance, UBS, Credit Suisse, cantonal banks, cooperatives, etc.). It is fast and direct, convenient and secure.

All the details are already filled out as with a digital payment slip. Thanks to the instant transaction confirmation, we can proceed and treat your order immediately (much faster than in usual processes with prepayment).

Prepayment / bank transfer

If you choose this payment method, we will send you an e-mail with the order confirmation and our bank acount details. You can then either pay directly through your e-banking, or fill out a deposit slip in any post office or bank counter in order to pay. Once the amount has been credited to our account, you will receive an e-mail stating the payment confirmation.

  • We do not charge ANY additional fee
  • Your order will only be processed after our bank account has been charged with the due  amount (normally this takes about 2-3 days to wait)
  • We do not send any payment slips or invoices by post
  • The sooner your bank transfer is confirmed, the faster we can ship your order.
